Counselling
A safe space to talk, feel heard, and find practical strategies. Together we work out what approach will support you best.

Every person’s story is unique — and so is the way we work together. I believe counselling should never be “one-size-fits-all.” My approach is person-centred, meaning you are at the heart of every session. We begin with your story, your values, and what feels most important to you right now. Together, we create a space where you can explore your experiences safely, gain clarity, and find new ways forward — at your pace, in your way.
While every session is tailored to you, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Person-Centred Therapy. These approaches are grounded in both research and genuine human connection — blending clinical insight with compassion. I also stay up to date with current psychological research, ensuring the strategies we use are both effective and aligned with your needs.
Counselling can be a powerful support if you’re navigating:
-
Relationship challenges
-
Grief and loss
-
Depression or low mood
-
Anxiety and stress
-
Workplace pressure or burnout
-
Life transitions or uncertainty
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting, positive change.
